This is why I push 240v.Do you really want to be maxed out when dealing with your plants??, god forbid if something were to happen to the ballast and it start to drawing more amps and I've seen it happen, then your breaker trips, no lights,can you say "stressing your plants" sorry not a chance I wanna take....
