2 weeks without heat light or water

i have four plant in a wilma 4pot,i had to suddently go away for buisiness and i changed the water and left hoping that would last 2 weeks,i come home and see the fuse to that circuit has been shut of because a water leakage at a neighbour 12 days ago and never got put back on
The temperature in the room has been almost constantly at about 47f no light and no water
They where 3 weeks into veg from clone
But the looked healthy as fug,little pale green on the top no drooping of leaves or any thing,the roots was crispy white,how is this possible?
Can i save them?
Any advise?

I advice you start over and plan on not having to leave for more than 8 hours at a time for the next 4 months.

They're probably still green from being in the cold and darkness. You could water them and see if they respond, but Beast is probably right and you might not want to waste the time on them.
