2 weeks on 12/12 Purple Kush

Pic of one of my ladies. She went into the flower room at 36in. She's now 42in. I had them under a 600 mh until 2 days ago. I am now running a hps. Thinking the stretch is almost over. I've been feeding veg nutes only. Have a tea brewing with some flower and veg nutes in it. I noticed the longer I veg the less stretch I get in flower. I'm running my light 18 in. from the tops. Humidity is around 50% I am going to get it down some in the next week. Then slowly decrease it as flowering progresses. Any tips or comments always appreciated.

Thanks man. I chopped the bottom third branches off her and, tried to keep all the leaves. I don't defoliate unless the leaves are dying.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm hoping to pull close to 4 zips per plant this run. I normally veg 5-6 weeks but, went 7.5 this time. The extra couple weeks in veg certainly got them alot bigger than I usually run. My grow area is 4x4 so i'm limited on space. That's the reason I chop a third off the bottoms. The light doesn't penetrate down low so why waste time on popcorn buds. I'd much rather have 10 nice top colas and lose a little yield avoiding popcorn buds. Feeding them a veg- bloom tea today. They really love teas. My water ph runs around 8. My medium is all organic with 25% fresh worm castings so ph is never an issue. No adjustments and I don't even bother checking it anymore.

Here's a quick update on my new girls. They are 2 weeks old and growing strong. I just bumped my light from 400 to 600 yesterday. They seem to love the extra light. I won't be feeding them for a few weeks my medium is full of goodies. Going to brew up a tea for them to get my mediums jumping. Another week or so in these pots then i'll pot up to a 3gl then either a 5gl or 7 gl pot.
