I wish my plants looked like that. I am growing Nirvana's snow white and after 3 weeks there is barely any hairs!!!

Definately looks like lockout due to PH, I have had this problem many times and that was always the issue, definately not mites.

Ph lockout? I'm new so what is and how do I fix lockout
cannabis needs a certain ph range to uptake all needed nutrients, if your ph is not in the right range it can no longer do so. In soil you want between 6.0-7.0, in the middle of that range is where i like to sit at 6.5 ph.
flush your soil w/3 times as much water as you have soil, ph the water to 6.5, start phing your water if you havent been as well.

also when you are finished flushing lift the pot about 4-5 foot from the floor to let gravity pull out all the excess water, i didnt do this once and the plant just stalled in growth and never recovered. its not too bad if you use vermiculite, soil grows can hold a good bit of water and it would be a shame to damage such a nice plant.
good luck
lu
you probs would have done it anyway but i didnt so there you go.

And a unrelated ? What's up with hairs whats the significance of them and what happens to them after harvest
They are the female part of the plant used to collect pollen. A lot of new growers think those a giant trichomes, but their not. They will eventually turn amber and shrivel up at the end of flowering.

They will all turn red/brownish after harvest if they are not all already. they die and are replaced throughout flowering but towards the end you will see a big drop in new ones developing, they are not a good way to judge when to harvest though. you want to check trichome development and how swollen the caylxes are.
