2 weeks in outdoor grow, is this alright??

This is my first grow an im not sure if this is where it should be..
im also wondering when i should start giving it more nutes?
any answers will be appreciated!

its kinda small but not too bad, you should give nutes til after their 2 weeks old at a minimum. then start with quarter strengh

Now is it two weeks since you started germinating the seeds or two weeks since the sprout came out of the ground?

you started kinda late in the season to be growing from seed next year start a couple months earlier IMO
