2 week old sprouts yellowing HELP!!!

Hello everyone,
Ive got a couple plants that are two weeks old and they are starting to yellow.
I havent gave them any nutes and they are under t5's.
They are watered with well water.

Any help Will be greatly appreciated.

When the bottom leaves start to yellow, it's a sign of Nitrogen deficiency. It's your cue to start feeding the plants nutrients. Mix your nutrients with water, and then pH the mixture to suit your medium (which is?).

Also, those plants have stretched a lot. That indicates that either you don't have enough light, or your lights are too far away. When you transplant, bury most of the main stalk in the new medium.

I've never used that Jiffy mix but I looked it up and it doesn't appear there's much too it. I'd agree with @spek9 on all accounts. Needs to be fed, and it's really stretched out. What light do you have them under and how far away is it?
