heres my plants, ak48s and northern lights, they are 16 days since seed.

there under a blue spectrum envirolite cfl 250w.

there in 7" pots

i was only planning to veg them for 2-3 weeks so now as im inbetween week 2-3, do you think it is wise flowering them now? or will the buddage be just to little?

any advice help would be great

thanks

If you flower now, you won't get much end product. Remember, plants stretch between two to three times their vegged height during flowering. Usually, cabinet growers take their headroom into consideration as to when to start the flowering cycle. Personally, I start flowering at 12-18 inches and get around an ounce per plant on the average using a 600 HPS. Of course, yield is very much dependent upon strain, lighting and grower skill. Good luck ...

definetly veg longer im on my first grow and i was super anxios to flower aswell
but everyone was tellin me to wait it out ill be alot happier with the end result
and now im glad i did its still veging but iv got preflowers and its huge its been 6 weeks from seed and iv tied it down twice lst (low stress training) witch if you have small grow space i recomend
let them grow get as much out of them as you can

i waited 6 weeks to veg, and now my plants are huge, my closet looks like a forest...so it all depends on how much room you got...if you got the space then you should wait.

ok i think il leave them for longer, probably another 4 weeks i reckon, as they under a cfl so the extra vegging will be needed.

am i right in assuming the plant will 3 times in size once put into flower till harvest?

iv been reading some places say that if growing with cfls which i am, its wise to veg for like 2-3 weeks instead of longer because the plant will get to big for the cfl to handle?

is this true? if so would i be better flowering soon then?

also im considering repotting into bigger pots from the above, do you think its about time?
