2 Plants: Brown spots,Yellowing Leaves, Downwards wilting

Hey guys..

These plants are 44 days old.

First 2 pictures shows the plant which ran into the SAME problem about 4 weeks ago.
Brown spots on the middle of the leaves with yellowing.
I know my water pH is in check so I'm not sure why this is happening again...

The last 2 pictures show my second plant which is showing downwards wilting and some discoloration as shown. Could this be from the pot being too small?

It's happy frog.

The first 2 pictures are pretty close to what happened about 4 weeks ago.
Just went and checked on them and that plant now has a rust like color on the middle of the leaves.

Im thinking pH or overwatering, droopy with big ridges, odd yellow leaf, slight discolouration.
