2 outdoor plants

I popped 2 seeds into soil end of May they are 6ft + and the buds have only just really started to show in last 2 weeks, im in Ontario Canada so wondering when to pick or what to look for plants are lemon haze (what was on label seeds were in). Thanks

Plants are in soil outside also we had 1st frost few nights ago i checked the trichromes (sp) they still have clear bubble on top ,so doing a daily check now as was told to harvest when they change to amber color.
 
I'm in Ontario Canada too and mine looks like its about at same stage as yours. I took a little bud off and dried it for few days and let a family member try it she said it was good. Probably gonna chop mean this week, dry and cure it. Cold dark weather blows for growing. :(
 
I started chopping mid last week. Bud rot starting on a few.
Hoping to let a few plants run another week or so.
I figure mine started budding around August 12 so we’re at 9 weeks now
 
I Orderd some g13 and some autos from dr, green thumb in Canada.10 beans of each,Have any of you grew out the doc, stuff?
