Been vegging a couple of white skunks for a couple of months in a fitted wardrobe in the spare room. Need a bit (a lot) of advice with flowering from people who have done this before as this is the first time that I have!

Lightproofing

I have a carbon filter attached to an inline fan attached to a foot of straight ducting. I plan to make the hole for the ducting in one side of the wardrobe and seal the edges so they are lightproof, venting the hot air into the room the wardrobe is in. I am not confident that the exhaust itself will be lightproof as I had planned to use a length of silver ducting on the end but it doesn't look like it is lightproof. Is there an easy way for me to be sure that no light enters my growspace via my exhaust?

I have attached a few bits of wood to the door frame of the wardrobe that I will finish off when I buy some more mdf. Im just going to have a door that I lift in and out and hold in with a couple of latches. To be sure this is lightproof I was thinking of either hanging some lightproof material from the top of the inside frame or somehow attaching velcro to the lightproof material and to the edges of the frame I have built. The velcro idea seems more lightproof but I have no idea how I might do it!

Sorry for the wall of text, next time i will take more pictures i think :eyesmoke:

Heh i had thought of that but i would prefer a more long term solution than having to tape up the frame everyday! Thats definitely the backup plan tho!

My apologies! That sounds like an easy way to do it! Thank you :D

Any ideas about what material to attach to velcro and how to do it?
