2 MONTHS 2 INCHES tall! any ideas?

so put into the ground outside with a 6 inchlayer of black gold soil. So its first leaves edges were bitten off and cotelydons died. It has only grown 2 inches in 2 months.

I dont expect to yield anything its just to see. some ive done in the past have become 6 inches in a couple weeks.

Could it Be PH, Black GOLD to powerfull perhaps?

thats odd, seedlings should be over 2" in just a few days.
