There was a guy down the street from me who I grew up with. He's 10 years older then me so when I was younger I always wanted to hang out with him and the older guys and he would let me. He'd play basketball with me and taught me a lot as I was growing; he was a good friend and a good guy. Then when he left for college we lost touch completely..as I got older we were out of touch anyway. but last year I stopped by his house because I saw him outside and we were talking. his business he started out of college had failed and he had to move back in with his parents - he seemed to sad and desperate. I felt bad but I knew he didn't want to hang out with a high school kid so I was just well bro if you need me I'm here, I'll help you out financially too. he asked me how I could have enough money for myself and to just throw some to my friends...so I told him I had a legit job and was dealing on the side; he always told me growing up to stay away from drugs but I found out that he smoked when I was 15 years old.
anyway that was the last time I talked to him and yesterday on the news I saw him being escorted with two other guys into my towns police station. I was like whoa what the hell? turns out he led an elaborate and well planned $2 million marijuana operation. it was a totally great plan only one of his colleagues snitched on him...So now he's in a mess. but he posted an $50,000 bail or something like that and got out of jail, he has to go back to court though.
that's nuts. there was a $2 million marijuana operation a house down from mine and I never suspected it or knew anything at all. had no idea. he was pushing good shit too...$900 for a QP and $3000 for a pound of something.
