I've noticed the smell getting stronger outside the tent,I've already got a carbon filter/fan in there,so would putting another filter/fan in there help with the smell?

It's a 1.2 tent, growing 8 auto flowers they're 65 days from sprouting, I'd say about 4-5 weeks into flower, there's already a 6inch hyperfan V2 with a small filter, I'm thinking about putting a 5inch RVK fan with another filter, abit bigger than the one that's already in there, also 2 oscillating fans an dehumidifier in there too

again, im new at this so please do not necessarily act based on what i am saying...but i would think a single decent 6” fan and filter combo would be adequate. does the filter suck in air decently? have you been dealing with high humidity? just curious if what you have is working efficiently.

You dont need 2 filters for a 1.2

Whats the cfm rating for the filter and what brand?

If your fan is stronger than the filter can handle then that will cause smell issues.

Yeah been dealing with high humidity mate had to get a dehumidifier..I've put an extra extraction kit in the tent an it's done the job..no smell an no need for a dehumidifier now..

Is your exhaust being vented outside or back into the house? What brand and size carbon filter are you using?

A 6 inch fan hooked to a can brand 66 filter and then the exhaust being routed out of the house you won't smell anything.

Also really high humidty makes carbon less effective.
