So I am an Massachusetts. Got 6 outdoor plants. 15g pots. Was cleaning up the bottoms yesterday and noticed a little white furry bug. Looked like a small peice of cotton. I went to grab it and it jumped. I believe it may be woolly aphids? Couldn't get a pic of this one. But I also found this one that I attached a picture of. which I have no clue what that is. Weird looking bug.
I'd like to get on top of this before it gets out of control. If anybody could confirm the white jumper is woolly aphids and tell me what the picture I attached is that would be great. Should I spray everything down with water to try and get any bugs on the plants off or should I do a neem oil application?
What would you guys recommend to get rid if these intruders?
Thanks for any input
Much appreciated
