your canopy is too uneven for those bottom nugs to fill out without a 1000W light, unless you have that already.
Basically your plant is at its peak.

you don't need to upgrade, you need to adapt new methods of training into your grows.
Had you have kept your canopy even from an early age they would all the at the same height, that way all of your budsites would have the exact same light penetration creating thick ounce crowns per cola.
I am using 2x 600W HPS for flowering ATM and my canopy is much the same as yours but maybe not so much of a fluctuation between highest and lowest points.
Next time if you want to pull big numbers from plants, use bigger pots veg for 8 weeks and use more LST methods.

i have 30 ltr pots, still working on that lst method i dont quite get it yet. 8 week veg? my plant wouldnt fit in my room. reason for uneven plants is 4 different strains. they all grew differently

If you google lst, you'll find step by step instructions on how to along with videos. You can lst and top, or lst only. The goal is to create an even canopy to keep the light as close as possible. My 1000 watt is 12" from my canopy and my popcorn buds are filling out nicely.
I vegged for 60 days and with topping and lst my ladies average two and a half feet 8 weeks into flowering.

you will get more bud from a plant vegged for 8 weeks with a big pot than you will with a plant vegged for 4 weeks in a small pot.
my next grow im only doing 2 plants, and im honestly going to attempt a yield of around 1lb per plant if not more.
which for a second grow, im sure there will be many critics saying it wont happen but I guess we will see

I'm shooting for a pound from 11 plants. Will more than likely have more than a pound which is awesome so I can cure some for months and even years to see how it taste. After hearing DJ Short talk about enjoying some cured for over two years, I'm sold!

ah yeah nice, so that's an average yield really 250g/plant.
With the right methods, pot sizes, veg time, and environment I have seen 2x 600W pull near 2g/watt.

If I were u next run
I would use that room to its full potential and Scrogg the shit out of it lol... ull have a more even canopy and if done properly ull remove the smaller unfilled bugs from the process and replace them with an even dense cola canopy .... which will also increase your potency or should I say maturity because now all your plant will be able to mature at about the same time...nothing worse then spending all that time and effort to only have your couple tops mature and the rest of ur plant with clear thrichromes... then again much respect and beautiful growing

yer i lollipop the first 3rd of the plant and all the small buds not recieving light, first grow i did i had so many airy buds due to vegged to long and half the plants not recieving light
