2 100w CFL bulbs and a T8?

I'm kinda new to growing and this is my first time trying to grow so pardon me if this is a dumb question. I have two 100w CFL's and a 15w cool white T8 flourescent and was wondering if it is possible to get the plant growing with that (that is of course with using the proper nutes, methods, etc etc) and get enough for a small plant to last one person?

Any help is appreciated

I had great success vegging several plants in a tiny 1x1 box with 2 and then 4 23w (100w equiv) bulbs. Will need more to flower though unless those are truly 100w CFLs and not 100w equivalents like I'm guessing they are. Check out this grow, it might help you out: https://www.rollitup.org/cfl-growing/165396-first-cfl-grow-help-appreciated.html
Yes they are equivalents, sorry for not including that in my original post. I was afraid that I didn't have enough anyway but I just wanted to make sure. I'm contemplating on buying some decent light(s) from a grow store but I really kinda want this to be a cheap little side project. That being the plant growing enough to supply me with enough for one person that doesn't smoke too terribly much nor do I want to go crazy with it. Thanks for the help.

EDIT: I am going to have this in an attic (the temp is around 70-80 up there) and will I need reflectors by chance?

You will want either reflectors or a very small space so that the walls and ceilings are right up against the plants. I would check recommend checking out that link i posted above. I was running a 2x3x4 area in 90+ temps with CFLs with great success.
