What medium where you going to use in the Dwc still haven't answered. were you planned to keep in rock wool you can't just put the roots in the Dwc without a medium. U need need to get it in the Dwc I would say you can give it all the nutes in the world but it won't make use of them at the moment. Or plant to soil that's probably easier. I presume you were set in doing the Dwc though so I would transfer to that now! You will be surprised at the amount of roots just don't let it sit in the rock wool it obviously isn't enjoying it. I've seen people even germ and grow from seed in Dwc with clay pellet if the roots seem to far from the nutrient bath then simply only half fill your basket for now until roots are longer

Going from soil to Dwc would stress the plants and couldn't take that in there current condition I doubt either pic soil or Dwc. once in soil if then transferred to Dwc will increase chance of contamination and root rot once in Dwc. Wich would also spread to any other plants you had I'd there. Either go to a slightly prenuted soil and go very easy on water or get in the Dwc. If it's 2 weeks old and not dead the roots will be enough to transplant trust me.

what kind and how many lights do you have on there?
1 4200 lumin 6700K CFL BIG one and 2 2600 Lumin 6700K CFLs. I am looking to get a 400W MH to put into my fixture once they get bigger. Any recomendations on 400W MH bulbs I am wondering what bulb to buy and if the extra $$ is worth it from the $25 GE bulb to the $120 Hortalux.
