2 - 1,000 Watt Adjustable Ballast's with Cool Tubes in Grow Tent

I love it man..yeath same here just me and wife no longer but oldest son live's home and help's out so ....What do you avg on 30" lst'd plant...I get roughly on biger yielding like lsd about 11-17 oz's for a long vege!!! or like these clone's i'll get about 9oz's per plant six per grow so about 3lb's and it'll be down till my jar's are empty.....may grow x-mass present crop...not sure allway's a hit with my fiend's!! In boston today about 88 with 77%RH oh well the girl's have ac not me...can't wait to see your pic's it's all genetic's my friend...jack

To be honest Jack I have no clue what to expect. Last round (earlier in this thread) I had vortex, purple pinneapple, sour kush (wich I kept) and bc gods bud, 2/3's through the flower I noticed one segment on the timer flipped during sleep cycle(15 min on in the middle of sleep cycle).... Then a week later I notice SEED!! I did a quick flush and hashed up most of it and kept the nice nugs that were seedless. A small clone in the middle of the room turned hermi and it pollinated ther inner circle of the whole crop I was smoking my shit for about 5 weeks then we were back to the dispensaries.... Sad part is my premi SK buds were more medicating then the dispensary.... Actually headed there in a bit lol, I might pull 1 plant kinda early to make similar bubble hash. I noticed the early bud low on thc but it "feels" more medicating. I lost 60 pounds from lost appetite until I smoked "said early crop" and BAM I wanted to eat!

3-4 week from cutting , northern lights

The mother SK is re-veg. in the first 4 weeks I pulled a small clone out cut all the buds except 2 little ones at the bottom and threw it in 24/0 she grew really weird and I got 3 really healthy really strong clones. 2 in the room and 1vegging for next go round

The best group shot i could take, the re-veg'd Sour Kush mother is front middle, the northern lights is the back middle kinda lighter. The rest are the 4 AK's I got them already veg'd but hacked up. I moved over a plant to get this good full shot of one of 2 larger plants. I didn't bother with pic's for the 2 little plants.

I know what you mean....and how come my plant's do so well if I know so little! and I allway's go against the tide but.....my plant's do so well??I read here that I'm not even in the ball park..but my plant's do so well....it;s got to be luck as I have no grower tallent...can't wait to see your's bloom and jump!!!I enjoy that part the most!! I think were allway's learning because we are allway's forgeting!!! ha ha...10 more day's argh!!

Jack, those nugs are beautiful! What strain(s) are you growing in these damn near done pictures? It looks likes they are falling over, really heavy looking buds.

LOOKING GOOD did I see some small brown spot's saying I need cal-mg??They use so much in bloom!! How many plant's this grow?? Where did you get the seed's?? how long is the flowering on this variety? They all look like they are getting ready for the streech! jack

The sour kush and northern lights I bought from co-op's. The SK revegg'd for 6 weeks then cloned her, the northern was vegging for a while at the dispensary then took over. The ak's were some hacked up mothers that I was given. They were past 3 feet when I got them, I pruned then up real nice, cut all the wasted stem off and they TOOK OFF crazy. I was expecting a nice seed order from attitude but they mis shipped this one order,a6 hundred dollar order, I've been waiting 4 months for them to return it but they won't even though I paid for gareenteed shipping...... Oh well huh So all in all I have no clue the origin of these strains, the main out look is every gram I get out of it is 10 bucks in my pocket lol

Going into day 27 lights on for about an hour, its been hot lately and the girls have been seeing temps as high as 87° at times. I've been cranking the co2.... not so overly doing it, not large burst but burst more often. Today I had to remove a few more crunchy inner leafs that were barely hanging on. All the girls are sugar'in up really nice, all nice stinky sweet smelling buds. When I barely touch them on accident I'm left sticky and I diddn't even mean to brush pass the bud.

Looking great!!! only thing is your loosing all that height for bud!!!What a beautiful clean set up I'm jellous I'm going to have to build a non ghetto grow just to look worthey!!Ah the sweet smell of success! Those bud's will need support or your's will be like mine all hanging over horizontal from the weight! Plan now for support as I wish I had done....didn't expect the result's...Next grow will be better....live and learn..87 deg is fine if the C02 is 1500ppm...so not to worry...my coolthru blew a flex hose yesterday and when I saw the warning "TEMP" on my computer wen't down the temp was 110 deg"s!..dropped right down to 77 when I taped it back on..maybe will get clamp's! Can't wait for your bud's to streech I see sativa genetic's there...may jump 14-20" and then fill with sweet bud's!!

Jack, Wednesday I went over and visited my buddy that gave me the ak and there I saw three most beautiful grow room, 2 rows of 1000 watt lights (8 total) 6 heavy duty fans on the walls, 12 gallon pots with those holes that poke out. Next generation ballast, one of those gas burners for co2 huge 18 out 24" ducting with a huge carbon filter strapped to the ceiling. 15 6-7' plants all huge and only had pre buds! Dude even gave me some trim I made bubble hash out of...

Those bud's will need support or your's will be like mine all hanging over horizontal from the weight! Plan now for support as I wish I had done....didn't expect the result's

I know what you mean! I wanted to get tomato cages but I'm too late on the AK'S They already have canopy's of buds.... Not sure what to so other then sticks and twist ties

Oh man 110 thats scarry! I know they love heat thou, they seem to thrive in very warm climates and the extra heat sure makes them stinky lol

I'm really hoping for some stretch outta those bud's, so far so good and I'm doing better than all my other grow's. Just follow the steps and try not to get ahold of my self!!! I do need to start figuring out the "expected" flower time on these so I get an idea of when to flush.... Iwas thinking maybe at 7 weeks start just water and molasses.

Sure that will work with the 8 week pheno's but I have some that are twelve week (SATIVA"S)....so keep in mind genetic's when planning...Long skinney leave's longer in the bud...short fat leave's kush..quick 45 day's!!so so leave's slightly fat most other indica's around 8-9 week's...judge your plant's don't rely on "given flowering period's...it will bite you in the ass! You should put 4 pole's around the girl's and use clothes line to form support!! My best friend is a commercial grower I've seen entire warehouses filled with bud's...trouble is they cut early to get another crop in and sacrafice quality for quanity! There is a happy medium! They also handle rough and don't do more than dry it...Doesn't float my boat! The guy with the dresser grow using space and material's wisely impresses me more than the profit seeker's! jack Where is the light in your room are they going to grow tword's it or cower??The streech is all about the room available to grow!!! I know everybody else move's the light as close as possible but at what price? I have a smaller grow going now with moveable vs at the top....and three week's in light at the top plant's double the bulk and height...so..my old pet peave as I"m sure you are aware...do what suit's your grow but ask question's...only way to dial it in!! me

Jack, my room is 5x5x8 and my lights are as high as they go even in the cool tubes I also don't like keeping the light close. I don't worry about burn, for me its the coverage I like from putting that 2k up top and letting it shine down. I always assume outside grows yield so high because gite high the sun is lol. Tonight I will measure from the highest and lowest plant to the cool tube glass. I should also measure the plants, 5 are about 4-5 feet tall and the 2 baby SK's are only like 2 feet. You think its to late to transplant? I thought about getting a 10-15 gallon pot and test it between 2 ak's. The next grow I want to use 15 gallon smart pots instead on my 5 gallon..... I might only grow 4 plants to encourage huge fat mamma's

That's awesome!! not to late to transplant just be gentle with root mass!! I use prune pot's 3 gallon size equal to 5 gal plastic for root mass!! They aren't cheap but worth the cost!! Don't worry about distance of light you allready told me enough! Your plant's WILL jump when they streech!! before streech building root mas to support bud production! Important to make sure she has all she need's!! Don't wan't to fat for 25 sq ft you can do 4 with a 3X3 canopy each plant without loosing penatration..and fill your space completely I would vege to about 55" and bloom for best result's It take's time but yield's per plant should be about 14oz's...with 12-14 cola's...jack
