Thanks for the compliment I never use the net before I've had a few successful grows but I've never used an actual strain like I am this time it's always been just random seeds this time I got Girl Scout cookies in Maui Wowie and I've never used a scrog net except for one of those stretchy ones that suck ass and I always use it at the very very end just to balance the buds at the top I've never actually used it for its purpose so this scrog net thing is all new to me

Update on how they look
Use that screen to keep all the branches at the exact same height, it looks like the back plants are pretty high above the net, but the ones in front are tied down below it.
Bend the branches under the strings of the net, this becomes your "benchmark"
Depending on how much head room you have, how good your lights are, and how good your air flow is,, you can fill the screen to 50%, 75% or 100% before the flip.
This is my scrog when flipped at 50%

This is my scrog when I flipped to 1212 at 100%

You can really see how different genetics, and phenotypes can stretch very different amounts. The last picture is all GDP from the same lot.
Don't forget to lollipop below the net also

So this is my first time using a scrog net I think it's coming out somewhat decent not the best my question is should I keep it in veg for a few more days or a few more weeks or should I flip it to 12:12 they might look like they're a decent size but I should have planted them a little higher in the pot so they're like an inch and a half to 2 inch deep into the pot and they're really not that tall at all they might be a foot tall at most but I feel like they're spreading pretty well so far with the net
@South_buff a technique i use is to let them need water and look at your screen. You may be very surprised at how little the screen is filled. Letting them droop a little gives you an idea of how much is filled in and how much is fan leaves...and a little water stress promotes root growth IMHO.
