allllright i am excited to share my news of my success. After not being able to see the baby for about a week i finally made it down on thursday to where she resides. she looked okay but no considerable extreme growth to report on. buttt along with me i brought my home made kelp tea fert, it was the first time i was able to test and see if my recipe is a keeper, and i was not disappointed after the first feeding on thursday, by friday night you could see many new patches of a beautiful lime green and new growth was definitely apparent. i will never ever ever ever pay money for commerical "bloom" formulas or any kind of fertilizer or whatever they call it because i have a free unlimited source..my local beaches. but i am wondering if this still can cause root burn or even nute lock??? i have gone with the formula of 1 oz for every gallon of water. if anyone has any suggestions on this is would love to entertain your ideas..after a gradual increase i would like to also add my alaskan fish fert but also at the most minimal traces to begin with. SOOOO i dont have any pictures, but in two days on the 25th i will for sure have a plethora because i am just to happy with my home made kelp tea. i also started LST i am currently just bending the whole stalk over to promote outward growth and to encourage more lower exposure to my weak CFLS
so that is all for today, if i could estimate the amount of budding sites on her i would say atleast 10-15 on the lower end of the guess but with the next update i will have a better number

PS. i smoked some actual white widow from amsterdam...(i know i was super skeptical when i heard that too) but after smoking it...i knew....this shit put me on my ass and was literally face melting and after not having that stoned of a sensation in probably 2 or 3 years, it was amazing to know that i CAN get that high again.

cool thread, since i only got 2 females from my batch of bubbilicious, i was greatly considering harvesting about 80% of the plant leaving some bottom growth, and then giving it a good dose of superthrive and grow big. Pop it in the veg room under 24/7 t5 to get them to veg again;-) i heard it can be done, and cutts out all the early growth part.

right now i am dealing with a lot of yellowing leaves, i am not sure if it is just part of the regenerating process or what but its kind of worrying me, my temps are not out of control and last thursday was the the first time i introduced any kind of fert any ideas anyone? i will have pictures tomorrow

i use brita water and according to sources brita water has a PH of 6.5 does over watering cause yellowing leaves? im going to lay off the nutes for atleast a week or two, some of the leaves have nute burn, or what i assume to be nute burn, but i hope to get this cleared up within the next few days

SOUNDS LIKE YUR ON TOP OF IT!!! I REVEGED A PLANT JUST RECENT, AND IT SEEMED TO YELLOW OUT A BIT, RIGHT B4 IT KICK INTO OVERDRIVE BACK INTO THE GROW SIDE OF ITS LIFE. AND THEN RAN TO THE 4' MARK IN A LITTLE POT. PIC IN J OF HER. SHE DID ALLWAYS KEEP NEW GROWTH COMING FROM HER BRANCHES DURNING THIS HOLE TIME.
SLOW... BUT WAS NOTICABLE. DB.~TLB! :)

thank you for your advice, reveggin isnt as bad as its made out to be, kind of slow (especially with CFL'S) but when youve got nothing else why not?

I believe the yellowing is just the low N levels the plant has to work with, have you fed it a high N product?

herro everybody i finally have an update with pictures for you guys. to fill you in, nothing has changed lol. the plant is still growing oh so slowly but i think thats because it is near 85 under all the lamps for a good portion of the day/night. to combat this i have been using frozen water bottles, but have yet to see any super substantial difference, but i will keep trying. so other than that i threw a top layer of soil in my pot to possibly give it a few more nutes. As well as this i have been using my kelp tea, and super trace amounts of alaskan fish fert and a tiny little bit of my wee wee. I have yet to give her all of it at once, but will slowly apply this to her. I also have a thought that i wanted some clairification on, since i threw a new top layer of soil that should provide a good amount of nutes for at least a month yeah? i transplanted her around 2-3 months ago so i am assuming the nutrients in the new soil have been all but used up. Is it possible that i could over feed her by giving her kelp tea as wel as the new soil? I have pictures and hopefully that can lead to some answers. The stem is still super red/purple and leaves are still dying, so if any of you have ANY input whatsoever feel FREE to clue me in.

The Pictures are as follows:
1. the top canopy which consists new growth after cutting
2. The lower portion of the plant which is suprisingly coming along which is sign of improvment!
3 the top portion which shows some serious promise and multiple budding sites and or clones.
4. the whole lady notice all the yellowing.

there it is, i will have another update coming today or tomorrow.

Today i decided to LST another branch after seeing success on my first conquest, that makes three total but i have a pic of the first try and you can see the difference. shes not yellowing too much anymore but the stem is still a deeeeeep purple, ill just take it as a genetic thing so here are the pictures

the first one is my first go at LST i am noticing a lot of growth up and down that stem hooray!:spew: gosh i get so exciteed i throw up sometimes..lol

the second picture is my second attempt at LST which was i think yesterday or the day before that:confused::confused:

the third picture is of my LST attempt of today we shall see how she responds (fingers crossed)

the fourth is a body shot, before my newest modification, shes starting to bush out thanks to the kelp tea which i have yet to give her more of................ any

oh yeah and i am working on finding out how essential oils react with plants for possible flavoring reasons, my lady is a massusse or so she have all sort of essential oils, lavender, peppermint, and other but i am trying to see if the plant will absorb the smells and stuff from the oils so along with this i had a question how can you call when the plants open their stomatas? do you need a microscope? i have been misting her with the lavender water and am trying to find out when would be the most beneficial for absorption. THANKS
