Unless you're growing in the sahara...watering a 5 gallon to runoff with that size plant, you will not need to water for 2 weeks! lol The plant is tiny still..give it just what it needs..no need to keep the entire medium wet as it cant dry out properly. If the soil is dry about an inch down near the base of the plant, giving 2 cups of water will be enough for now!I think ill start water tomo until i get some run.. theb wait 3 days and do it again.
2 cups of water?!!!! That may be all it needs, but there's no way to deliver it in such a large container.Unless you're growing in the sahara...watering a 5 gallon to runoff with that size plant, you will not need to water for 2 weeks! lol The plant is tiny still..give it just what it needs..no need to keep the entire medium wet as it cant dry out properly. No way to deliver it? You take 2 cups of water, and pour it around the base of the plant, voila! Not rocket science! Why wet an entire 5 gallon container when the plant doesn't yet have the root mass to start absorbing it everywhere..it will just keep the soil wet and put it in an anaerobic condition. Roots need oxygen, they wont find it if the medium is kept wet!2 cups of water?!!!! That may be all it needs, but there's no way to deliver it in such a large container.
