1st time grow ever, hell I've never even seen an MJ plant in real life prior to these guys.
After ordering a bunch of seeds I picked two that I thought could handle the stress of a 1st time grower and his sloppy green thumb.
I germinated a Royal Queen Seeds Northern Lights Automatic and the Advanced Seeds Afghan Skunk #1 Fem'd. I used a little foresight to get into a rotation so that towards the end of the life of the Northern Lights I will be able to turn the light cycle to flower the Skunk#1
Both seeds germed water glass method
Transferred to paper towel
Put into 1 Gal Containers using FFOF 80/20 mix with black gold pumice
Under CFLs till leaf sets emerged
Through them under 400w HPS
after two weeks they were put into final 10 gal containers
First time grower mistakes naturally battled heat stress later on and now dealing with residual effects and trying to diagnose the present problem
I'll be honest first mistake I realized I was making just minutes prior to this post was I was sloppy with my PH I was not checking it at all just watering with tap water. I will be getting a PH Meter ASAP
Next is once they were misted under light and again misted at night only once after research misting is rarely used unless for direct foliar nutrient feeding so that stopped. anyways here they are they seem happy minus the mystery spots temp is now steady 75-82
I checked PH of soil showing a 6.8-7.0 little high I added nutes to my water and let it sit over night I haven't dumped it in yet as they aren't yet ready for another watering ph of the sitting water is now a 6.5 should I dump this in or just continue using my tap water I guess I can't be sure until I check PH. of my tap water until i get the digi stick.
anyways here they are.
Northern Lights
Afghan Skunk
Problem is persisting little to none on the afghan but here are pics of the problem on the NL and I just need to know wether I should be concerned or not and what the problem is.
