damn bro.. by the look of the leaves, you needed more nitrogen during Veg. and now during flowering.... you need some flowering nutrients. that sucks you don't even have access to pot seeds, so you have to breed your own out of 2 small plants. but at least you are vigilant about it! +rep for the effort dude, keep it going, i want to see those babies at the end

oh, and welcome to RIU ;-)

We've been using Miracle Grow Organic Choice sparingly every couple of waterings; that's it- no other nutrients. I guess that's why she is so small- Bummer. I thought that growing them outside meant leaving it up to nature... guess I was wrong. Oh well, hope to get something out of her. If not I can always buy some seeds online and try again. It would be easy to find a dealer if they walked around like this...

Well, you leave the light, the light cycle, the temperature and the other outdoor variables up to mother nature. If you planted in cruddy soil, with little to no enrichment in it, then mother nature will do as much as she can, but it won't weigh up to the things you see online or in magazines. :peace:

Nah she won't stop growing for a while, Go ahead and move her inside under a HPS and get some flowering nutrients! you might only have time for 2-3 doses, but maybe more. it will help a lot :) also, you should buy some Molasses and add 1 tbsp per gallon of water, it's never too late in the game for that ;-)
