1st time grow with pics 30 days in

Here are some pics from when I planted the clones and some pics almost 30 days later.

Set up is a 40gal res with GH nuts 4'x4' tray under 1 4'x4' 16 bulb T-5 Bad boy
1 gal smart pots with readygro moisture formula.
8,000 btu ac keeps the room 73-83

Started with 30 plants 8 sour diesel 8 purple kush and 14 GDP the gdps were bad clones and I have since tossed about 6 or them for lack of roots.

Plants are 12"-18" tall now.

I have about 36" of height in the flowering room. I was planning on moving them over when they are mostly 18" and transplanting to 5 gal smart pots.

In my flowering room I have 3-4'x4' trays with a 70 gal and 40 gal res. 3-1000w magnum xxxl 8 air cooled hoods. Im pulling air in from under the house to cool the lights and then dishargeing it back under the house. I will have a 12k or 13k btu ac for the flowering. I hope it will cool the room enough. In the room that the veg and flowering rooms are in I have a can 150 filter with a 12" maxfan for a scrubber on a vfd.
I also set up the closet with a 8 bulb T-5 for a mother and cloning room if I want to clone.

So hows it look? and what can I do to make it better.
Thanks

Plants look really happy. I'd be a little hesitant about vegging until 18" with only 36" to work with though.

I would have to agree with Mlad. Flowering will double in size and in some cases triple depending on the strain. May need to make plans to do some super cropping if it looks like you're about to run out of head room. 1

opps my mistake I have 52" from the base of the tray to the glass on the hood so I have around 45" max I would think then.

How tall do you think I should let them get before moving over. I heard they will grow just as much in flowering.

I would say no more than 26", but thats my opinion. I made the mistake once and let my girls veg. too long and had to do some super cropping, which really work out for me.

Move them NOW. Mine were 12-16 inches when I put them on 12-12 and now the one that was 16 is 36 inches tall! Move now! Mine went through a 2.5 week stretch period where they were growing 1-1.5 inches a day! Check out my grow in my signarture.

I should have the ac for the flowering room on tuesday, So I will probably be moving them over to the 5 gal pots and under the 1000w lights towards the middle to end of this week.

I think Iam going to try turning off the lights for 24hrs before flowering

Got the girls transplanted in the 5 gal smart pots and moved over to the flowing room.

Alot of the plants had roots that were growing thru the 1 gal smart pots. So instead of breaking the roots I just set the 1 gal smart pots in the 5 gal ones. And the roots and keep growing thru the 1 gal pots.

Moved the can 150 and the fan. Hung it from the ceiling, floor space is at a premium in the room.

The Sour Diesel has grown the tallest and fairly bushy, Purple Kush is nice and bush and a decent height. The grand daddy purple (got these clones from another person) pretty much suck in much opinon.

Room temp was around 78degs with the lights on last night. Today with the lights off the temp in 66 degs

I have noticed little yellow spots all over the plants? Any help on that would be great.
Other than that I think its looking good.

I have some netting I plan to put across the top of them soon to help support them.
Also I plan to do a preventive spray. Just need to go get a respraitor. Guess its some nasty (good shit).

Heres some pics and some of the room setup. Whats are the yellow spots?

You have a very nice setup. I would hate for your plants to be stunted by the 1 gallon smart pots... maybe reconsider leaving them in the pots? Maybe someone around here with more experience can comment on that.

Thanks.
Next time I will use a plastic pot for veg, so transplanting will be easier I won't have the roots growing thru problem.

I sprayed floramite last night. But tonight I still see spidermites on them. What should I do. Wait a few days? Or respray.

They're not all gonna die on contact. They're tuff little bastards. Respray at 4 days and again 4 days later. This should kill successive generations.
Unless you're clean to the point of a laboratory, you may be dealing with mites for a long time. Some times control is the best you can hope for.

We are the Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Good luck,
Fred

I found a few this morning still. So I just resprayed.
Hopefully now I can put the trelice netting up. Once I do I will not beable to move them around to spray.

Ok 6 weeks of flowering.
Heres some pics.

I have 3 types I think one kind is really close to being ready. What do you think? Wait longer or cut?
