1st time grow. Help and comments appreciated!

Hey guys.. i read this site alot and look at the grow journals.. I have 9 plants outdoor, 2 of them which were started indoor the rest all outdoor. heres my problem.. the 1s that were started outdoor are all growing slow, tall but not enough leaves forming i feel.. Take a look at these pics tell me what you think.

this was started indoor, and is 33 days old today. how does it look for its age?

this is an AK48 that i ordered from nirvana, it is 29 days old today. How does it look?

this one i started outside .. about 24 days old.. why is growth so slow?

Outdoors grows best when started indoors because the first growth is really small when you start outside!indoors gets it over that hump...you know..But it will hit a point when it will explodes huge outdoors so just be patient!
