The first and 4th photo are the younger plant nd the other photos are of the older one. there both about 3 weeks old just 2 day differences. The older one looks bad though. and they both have yellow leaves. I water them every 2 days or so and i have 2 60 watt flourecsents. they are both about 3 in. tall. how do they look?

they look over watered an stress out to me.. may i ask why are your cups cut down the sides? what type of soil are you using. You might think about adding in some per-lite as i see none. this will aerate your soil an help oxygen get to the roots, this is vital for root growth and overall plant health. You should space out your watering in doing so it helps your roots develop an "Search" for water. The roots are what feed your plant very important for later stages of life. i would transplant as if they aren't root bound now they will be soon. Happy growingbongsmilie

Do you have any fresh air flowing to them? looks like your gonna need bigger pots and better lights as they look very stretched. Have a look at my grow, im 2 weeks in and theres quite a few tips from other people on the site. Hope it helps you my friend
