You can do both......Inside and out...You make some cuttings from indoors and put them outside almost tripaling your bud....Thats a good start with making clones from mothers but your seeds need to be femenized to do that, so you know that they are female clones....I did that last year i made 20 clones andput some in the woods from where i live and some in my back yard but i keepted the mothers inside with 2 70 CFL and i got a high pruseur sodeum light 400 watt because in the flowering cycle i terned them into hermes and they pollanated them selfs creating femanized seeds....Im growing white widow from green house ..So now i have over 25 femenized seeds for next year....
