Looking fine to me. I would call those seedlings myself at that stage. They are in veg until you flip to 12/12.
I know some strains say to give them a weeks vegging before flowering, while others need a while longer in veg.

I'd still call it seedling
As long as your getting a good wee root ball thats the main thing
Just keep plain water no nutes if they start going yellow or drinking way more up the pot size then you would be in veg
Well couple days later let them root into that plant pot first

Looking good! Everything looks healthy.I would call it a seedling.
