everything looks good to me, only advice i would give is dont let em get to big before you start flowering, topping will make em bushy so they are gonna take up more space, and they can double in height after you start flowering. speaking from experience lol 16 plants in a 4x4 e&f waited till 12 inches to start flowering and they got massive before stretch stopped and spent the rest of the time fighting the lateral space as much as the overhead issues

depends on the strain, in my case it was the first grow of that plant and it had a bit more stretch then i could compensate for. they can double to triple in size after you start 12/12 lights. topping means more colas and more yield but more lateral space is comsumed, with 4 plants in the box i see in the pic i would say depending on the strain you could start at 10-12 inches and be fine. if the plants stretch less then you expected and dont fully fill out the space it would be better then bunching up the plants to much and hurting your yield in the long run.

sorry to like spam this. but can someone tell me how to top. do i just cut the leave sprouts off before they sprout or what.

Not to be a jerk but you read... There are plenty of stickies on how to top or fim right in the main part of this forum. Sometimes putting in the extra research will not only reward you with the current topic your looking for but the plethora of knowledge on this site is amazing and reading one thread will prolly teach about 5 other things you weren't even thinking of yet.
