Hey everyone, sorry its been a minute... I took the ladies out of their drying box last night and into jars. Don't know the offical weight yet... will have to let you know when I get to a scale. Havent smoked them yet either, being very patient! Lol

So Lucy came to 13.57g and Ethel came to 12.63g- not to shabby. Letting them continue to cure in their jars.

Hey, I may get killed off first, but at least my head doesnt get chopped off... Lol

I did taste... had 2, and well, its free right...

Lucy is a little spicy smelling/tasting... Ethel smells sweeter, and smokes a little better, but I figure jar life will only make them better.
