1st Grow - Stealth Box - Pakistan Ryder, Sour Cream, and bag seed

So after a few weeks of looking around this site I've finally decided to share my first grow. My boyfriend and I were smoking in a park a few weeks back and just happened to be sitting right next to a young MJ plant. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to take it so we carefully dug her up, and put her in a plastic water bottle with some soil hoping that it might survive. We built a box out of 2 plastic storage containers, bought some CFL's and installed some computer fans for ventilation, and started hoping for the best.

Set up:
2 plastic storage boxes glued together
2 outtake fans 120mm computer fans connected to Power supply
10 CFL
mylar for light reflection
soil- Fox Farms Ocean Forest
We also covered the outside of the boxes with black duct tape so the girls can have total darkness when they are ready to flower.

Finding this plant inspired us to try and grow something that had a better chance of actually producing so we looked around for a good seed bank, and decided to use attitude seed bank. We bought a fem Pakistan Ryder autoflowering seed, and a Jocks-horror, and got a Sour Cream seed for free. We got the seeds a few days later and started germinating right away. Sadly the JH never sprouted but the other two, along with a seed of some mexican reggie bag seed we have all sprouted and went into the box.

I started this thread to hopefully get some feedback on our grow, and set up as well as get any tips that anyone has to offer. We are both really excited about this grow and cant wait to reap :eyesmoke: it's benefits. It has been about 1 and 1/2 weeks since they went into the ground and they seem to be doing great. The sour Cream is looking a little frail, but its still coming along. Sadly our original find just couldn't hold out with all the stress we put it through so we sacrificed it to make room for the new girls in hopes that they will pull through to the end.

2nd pic- Pakistan Ryder
3rd pic- Sour Cream
The reggie is growing so fast we decided to try LST with it, that is what you see in the last picture.

Thanks man. Have to give credit to Attic for the idea of the stealth box. We read his thread and got alot of info, and ideas from it. Its a great read if you haven't seen it yet.

Yes, this site is great for that. There's more info here than you can possibly stuff into anybody's head. Gotta love it!! Have you started a journal? If not you should, I'd love to follow your progress.

It was fun to build, but we will definitely be making a better one in the future when we have more room, and more money lol. I'm just hoping they all fit in there when they start flowering... time will tell.

Gonna start nutes on the next watering I think. The Sour Cream is starting to look a little better, but I think we may have overwatered her a bit, hoping she bounces back fast. I'll post new pics soon.

Ok so we have been watering every 3 or 4 days, waiting for the soil to dry significantly before the next water, and our plants are still starting to droop. :( How much should we be watering each watering? I've read that you water till you get a bit of run off at the bottom of the pot, but I'm afraid we are overwatering still. Any suggestions? I'll post pics later today if I get the chance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So, after alot of tough decision making we decided that we just didn't have enough room in our box for our 3 girls, and since we have plenty of bag seed to try our reggie grow another time, and the Sour Cream was overwatered and stunted, we made a tough call and decided to just focus on our autoflowering pakistan ryder.

The PR is doing great, and now that we rearranged our lighting so that it is basically flooded with light from every angle it should really start to take off. Its nearly tripled in size and has tons of white hairs stickin out.

We started a light feeding with Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom with the last feeding, and will continue with every other watering. It seemed to really love the nutes, and we noticed a difference over night.

Obviously we are still noobs since we overwatered the Sour Cream, but so far this girl is going well, and hopefully we get some good bud out of her :weed:

Would really like to know what happened with the Pakistani Ryder. I'm considering growing some and I'd like to know what someone else's yield was and a smoke report.
