I could use any advice. Or if you need me to take more pics i can also. I just want some feedback.

They are looking good to me man, you do have some drooping leaves....how often you water? might be too much... and what are your temps/humidity....400 watts in a 4x4 tent might be too hot, but from the pics it looks like you have good ventilation going on so it probably isn't that.

I water about 2 quarts every 2-3 days . I go more on how the soil feels then on days really. I did just water before I took the pics. How much longer should I keep them in veg do you guys think?

i don't see anything wrong with your temps/humidity.....and watering by how it looks is how i do it too! veg is up to you man, they could go under now no problem! basically that decision is based on your wants and needs.

Today is 3 weeks under the 600, they were under a 400 for 2-3 more weeks before that. They stand around 24in right now. I think im gonna switch to 12/12 tom because i am limited to 7 ft high in the tent. How much bigger are they going to get if i switched them tom?

a lot of factors determine height, indicas are usually shorter and sativas taller....again i am no expert but expect em to at least double in height during flower! my first ever grow i vegged for 4 months total and man do i wish i had done it less, one ended up being over 7 ft tall! i had no idea how much more growth was going to happen after i induced flowering. I have a sour cream that is 2 weeks into flowering and it went from 9 inches tall to over three feet today....so it more than tripled in size in 2 weeks! it has leveled out now and isn't growing up as fast now that flowering is evident....the sourcream is the big plant on the left in this veg pic this is 21 days after germination 011.jpg and here it is three weeks later and 2 weeks into flowering DSC00469.jpg HUGE! this thing blew up so fast.....but now it is concentrating on flowering so not as much vegetative growth going on anymore, hope this helps a little
