Started a little late this year, just took these photos today

You got a nice start there.

Looks good. Are some of those top leaves yellow or is that how the light is hitting the plant?

Not yellow, but it's weird they are all started from random seeds and the one in the last picture is very bright green, and the one in the second picture is a darker green with a dark red stem

If from random seeds, not the same bag then I am sure you have different types. Different types also have differently colored greens in the leaves. Nutrient feeding (over or under) can also affect the color of the leaves, but your plants look healthy to me.
