not really necessary seeing as your space isnt closed off and its a smaller unit but it could help them a bit during these initial weeks. keep an eye out just to be safe, if youve got drops of water accumulating up in the tube area of that t-5 it could very well cause them to blow out on you.to add to my closet of mini machines I saw this little humidifier at the best buy checkout xD any clue if it'll harm the bulbs/ballast? throws off a tiny amount of moisture but have it in front of the fan so the moisture isn't accumulating anywhere
also: pics of the little seedlings. the beast, the runt, n the middle child xD
nice, yeah I was surprised it made a small difference in rh even with it being unsealed and everything. no water drops that I could see, and while I know it's almost completely pointless it IS helping keep the humidity in the 35-40 range rather than 30. amazing lol.not really necessary seeing as your space isnt closed off and its a smaller unit but it could help them a bit during these initial weeks. keep an eye out just to be safe, if youve got drops of water accumulating up in the tube area of that t-5 it could very well cause them to blow out on you.
yeah its probably too small to make much of a difference.
hey I have a hunch you'll really love this grow!seedling update, 8 days from throwing the seeds in the soil.

theyre probably just different phenos, no worries variation in seeds is fun! its like playing the lotto

I also run mixed spectrum. I run a mix of agromax bulbs including the 10,000kelvin finishing bulb with added UVA.
Keep the plants happy and the yield will follow.
Two things grow bigger autos. Bigger pots and running veg nutes the whole time. I use 15 inch pots that hold almost five gallons.
If running the standard 6500 and 3000k bulbs a 50/50 mix from start to finish is good. All 6500 from start to finish works.6 bulbs and have only 6500k in them right now, could do any configuration of that and 2900k bulbs as well tho - what and when would you suggest swapping?
This is what i did with my current Strawberry Cake grow in the cabinet. working well.If running the standard 6500 and 3000k bulbs a 50/50 mix from start to finish is good.
once these bulbs are done i'll go with those then, thanks. and i'll swap the bulbs tomorrow to mix ^One of the best t5 growers here says the GE 4200k is the best for yield from start to finish.
for autos I run 19/5 and photos I veg at 18/6.once these bulbs are done i'll go with those then, thanks. and i'll swap the bulbs tomorrow to mix ^
would you recommend 24/0, 20/4, or 18/6? different times?
No harm in changing it.ooo 19/5. any harm in switching 24/0 to 19/5? meant to do either 18/6 or 20/4 from the start but never set up the timer.
