My first grow I had so much anxiety about Is looking super nice with the help of some fellas on this forum I've been able to dial in my nutes, schedule, and everything else I needed to know while growing in coco. It's definitely a high maintenance way to grow hydro if you water manually as you have to feed until runoff. Using dyna gro bloom nutes ATM. Feeding twice daily. 18/6 schedule. Hopefully everything goes well from here on out. I just wanted to thank all of those who've helped me on here and it's knowledge that I'd be happy to pass on to the next newbie. I supercropped twice and have a lot of nice tops. Hopefully itll be a nice harvest.

I remember the anxiety, the struggle is real. It's looking good.

Growing in soil is so much easier, just food for thought.
I rather not lug tons of soil into my home lol. Coco is extremely clean and easy to grow in with less medium use. Keep it fairly moist and at a good feeding strength/pH and you're set.

See for me, someone who's prone to overwater,I find that coco is good for me. It's definitely clean and is a solid alternative that's nutrient deficient. I keep my water phd at 6 and the nutes I'm using I measure EC at about 1.0-1.1 ATM. The only thing that would be nice is an automatic watering system. Something I can invest in but I am interested in trying a soil grow. I have some good dirt, nutrient deficient and perlite I'll have to give it a try on my next one.

I concur. I feel like now that I've gotten into a good schedule and have had a pretty successful first grow thus far itd be cool to try different mediums and nutrients. I've heard dry amendments are where it's at for soil.

Nice looking plants for a first time grower. I am probably the least
expert person for cannabis plants on this board, because I've never
grown a plant to full bloom. I've started them 2 or 3 times some 30
years ago, but never got bud one. They were probly 2 feet tall by the
time i harvested and tried to smoke the green ass leafs. LMAO I did
not have any halide (that was the kind of grow light they had back then)
just some kind of red and blue incandescent type light bulbs. Now I'd
never try to grow due to legal issue. We can buy in this state for rec use,
but not grow, unless we have a medical license, then we can grow like
6 plants or something. I hope u enjoy your product. :joint:

Thanks man, I appreciate that and tbh this grow is the one and only time ive committed to it and I'm in a med state so growing isn't legal in my state but I said fuck it bc Im honestly tired of paying astronomical prices for sub par medicine. My old lady and I both smoke and the only reason Pennsylvania won't legalize rec is bc of the money they're getting off of the dusty flowers we get sold to us as "premium". There are some good consistent growers but their products are so expensive so if I ever do buy it it's on sale. I definitely fell in love with the plant and I can't wait to start my 2nd grow already. I think with the farm bill and the fact that growing hemp or thca flower is legal it's a grey area so technically thenplants I'm growing aren't illegal bc it's thca flower and in order for it to turn to delta 9 it has to be declared. Perhaps this is something to consider for yourself. Look into the farm bill. I'm not sure what state you're in. Also as far as lights go, most folks Ive spoken to use LED lights. I get about 85w from the wall from each light I have in my tent which is 2x2x4.

YES! You said a mouth full there, buddy. The dispensary cannabis is gagging me and
is pretty much no-high smoke, really. I started smoking it back in 1968, and I had so much
better smoke back in some of those years, that after 5 years of buying it at the store, I thought
surely i'd run into some good stuff, but not one product have I purchased legally from the store
came close to the stuff I've had in the past, and I thought for sure there'd be at least some new
varieties that would really be good smoke. I've tried, i'll bet, at least 100 different types in the
past 5 years since I started smoking it again, and it's not been any good, hardly any of it. If any
of it was good, I'd remember it. What we seem to like was acapulco gold variety, and I dunno
nothing else stands out really. I'd try growing it myself, but i've already been locked up once for
sales of it, and THAT ain't happenin' again, not if i can help it. So, I am super cautious and fearful,
especially in the current political atmosphere of the USA. Yeah, it's called paranoid, that'd be me.

Again, it really looks like you're doing it the right way, especially for never having done it before.
So, good luck to ya. :joint:
