1st grow..ghetto philippine grow..unknown strain

well this is my first grow..and my first post

i have 3 plants right now, one of them is in real bad shape but the other 2 are doing great..i dont know how long i've been veggin, i started using a 9 watt light for 1 of the plants and the other two were grown outside naturally so their growth rate are messed up..but if i compare the two, the one grown in a 9 watt light looks healthier and its the one that grew quickly..in my country(philippines) ,all year round we have around 12-14 hours of sunlight so you can imagine how slow it'll grow naturally..

i dont know what strain this is but im hoping it will give me a decent smoke...i have 2 65watt CFLs with 4000-4500 lumen each..dont know the ---k part..my grow area is 1 and a half foot wide and about 3 foot deep..these are assumed values..with white flat paint to reflect light..my medium is soil with a mixture of rice hull and wood shavings..i dont do nutes,all organic..the one in the white plastic cup is the one grown in the 9watt light..any suggestions guys?oh and can anyone help me with the wilting plant?its leaves are shriveling..hope i can still save it..

Get 6500k for the bulbs for vegging with the highest watt you can find. Try a little granulated sugar in the water during feeding 1 teaspoon in a gallon of water is good. Dont over water the plants every two to three days is good.

the K of the bulb is not indicated in the box so i just bought the highest watt possible..using CFLs for this..and yeah thats what i do, i water when i see that the soil is drying up, usually after 3-4 days..

any help?suggestions?comments?it would be appreciated..oh and they're about 6 inches right now..
