1st grow and idk if its ready.. HELP!

could somebody please tell me if this plant is ready to be trimmed up and cured? In the middle picture, the plant looks as if a flower is coming out of the little pouches. I dont know much about when the harvest time is ready because this is my first grow. If anybody could give some insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

How long in flower, what strain?
I use the flowering time of the strain as a base. But, go by the change in the Trichomes to determine when to harvest.

From what I see in your pictures...you got a ways to go.

This is week 8 of flowering. Im not really sure of the strain because i was given these seeds from a friend who claimed that the strain was very potent.

Healthy, normal, and a long way to go.

yeah the bud will almost double in size the white hairs will pull in and dry out good 2-3 weeks left, you can always cut an early sample dry (1-2 g) and dry it to test the taste a bit too.
