1st grow - 29th day - What Ya Think? (PIC)

So I grabbed some bagseeds out of some dirt weed. Planted the seeds 29 days ago, and here's what I got:

A few details:

I got about 7 26-Watt CFL's and one 24" T5-High Output Fluoro. (5k lumens) So I have about 15k-18k lumens on my girls.

All were planted the same day.

Temps avg. between 80-85 F. Humidity fluctuates between 30-60% (which i know is lower than ideal).

Barely given any nutes yet.

The tiny runt plant is almost a waste of time and effort, as it's clearly growing WAY slower than the rest...but it is growing 2 stalks! the seed didn't come off it for it's first week , and basically it "topped" the plant from birth. I figure i will keep it alive just to see what happens.

Anyway, if you have any comments or advice, or especially compliments...lemme hear them!

a few questions:

these looking normal?/stunted/slow growing?/ for 29 days old?

would you LST them and VEG alot longer? - Or just start flowering these puppies soon?

And yeah I know they're not ready for flowering yet....

also, I don't have a ventilation set-up and will need to start dealing with odor issues soon.

any closet-size suggestions for getting rid of the smell?

And does ONA gel really make ur harvest smell like a urinal cake?
