What soil are you using? Some soil contains enough nutrients in it to last a plant up to 4 weeks or even longer.

Depending on your soil I would say 3-4 weeks, but let your plants tell you when they need it.

When you do start feeding nutes, start out at 25% recommended strength of what the nutrient says to use.

hey well both plants each have 2 27 watt cfl daylights 6500k there in a peat moss organic potting soil mix i thought i would start it when there a month old but im confusd last week i transplanted both of them into new pots with new soil so i should prob add nutes 3 weeks from now?

It all depends on if height is'nt an issue with space, hen flowering the ladies about triple in size so calculate if u have the space and lighting

p.s
remeber smaller plants = less lighting need
