I am going to have to pass....unless the fairy bus mother picks me up and give me a ride there? Plus I wouldnt have a place to stay either. Maybe the 2nd Annual RIU tHC-nic will be in SoCal...

There are several people coming from SoCal, maybe you could catch a ride, You can sleep in my camper, on site.

You can rent a small car for like $125 a week in LA w/unlimited miles. If a couple of you got together you could drive up from SoCal pretty cheap.

where the hell is far west lake? i cant find it on mapquest. that rental car doesnt sound like such a bad idea. with 4 ppl thats not that much

if it is, thats about 450 miles. not too bad. but if i want to go by big sur, its about 600 miles. i hope to get together with some people that want to go by there and maybe stop a few times. ive never been by there and would like to see it. idk if the time of year is good for it or not.

Maybe the mods need to print up some t-shirts with a big "X" on the front & back, & if they delete you, you must wear it! lol!

I can see some people with 2 or 3 layers by the shank of the evening!lol!

I just had another idea that I'm gonna do for the party. I'm not a drinker at all, and it's gonna be cool out, and some of the drinkers would prolly like this at some point too. But I'm gonna bring out several coffeee brewers, and a bunch of really good gourmet coffee, and keep special coffees on hand! If anyone wants to bring your favorute beans or something, that would be cool too. But I think a warm drink would prolly do wonders for people at some time or another.
