1month old plant.

I have a 1 month old plant that's growing great. Its up to 1 foot tall. But my only problem is that the leafs at the bottom are dying. I feed it Bonnie plant food and I have two 120 Watt light bulbs with reflectors on it with one fan. What am I doing wrong? And I still have the plant at its vegetative state with 23hour light.

You should post a picture, but it's normal for the leaves to die starting from the bottom. If the new growth at the top looks healthy that is all that matters, and if it doesn't...That's when you want to perform manipulations of nutes and things of that nature.

Bottom leaves dying, could be lack of light, could be they were splashed with nutes. Could be nothing, could be something. Good pics go a long way! good luck.
