Thank everyone for your promt replies!

Tommyo,

For the sake of the argument, let's say I can't add any fans to the room. and I have to work with the A/C circulating the air with no exhaust whatsoever outside. Will that be doable with replenished Co2 ? or will my plants simply die? if it is possible I'd rather take the chance, than add an exhaust fan to the window and be more suspicious to residents of my building (I live on the 1st floor)

Mr Green,

Theres this A/C vent in the ceiling and another central A/C passive intake also.. I would rather keep them as they are and just worry about the odor. Will that be do-able? and to be honest, Im living in one of the most deserted place on EARTH right now.. the middle-east.. so I would be MORE than lucky to just find the HPS lights and soil + nutes, let alone ducting and Co2. So I would be much more comfortable if the setup can work with just the A/C and no fans whatsoever. Would you recommend I try? or is that hopeless?

Cheers.

If you are gonna use your house a/c, dont bother enriching with CO2. Your house air should have at least 300PPM of CO2 in it, which is what an outdoor plant would get.

Yeah, a fan or something would look funny...

CO2 solved... Smell will need to be addressed.. I think ONA blocks in your growroom a/c return would help.. I'm not sure how to really eliminate it 100% like I do with my totally sealed space...

You're doing a good job so far.

they make water cooled devices that cool the air leaving your hood to 75-80 degrees... you just need to build a water chiller that keeps your water 35 degrees.. you can also get an ozone generator, that will solve all smell and render your odors non existent. and you can get one for cheap at ahlgrows.com

the growroom air will be shared with the rest of the house. Ozone is not good to be mixing in with your living quarters. Otherwise, I love me some ozone.

Yeah that's what I thought. I didn't want to add any ozone for the health hazards associated with it. In terms of humidity, regulation would be necessary but with a central house a/c, would I most likely use a Humidifier, or a De-humidifier?

neither... you should be fine without. again it is hard unless you humidify or dehumidfy the whole house..
