I'm not talking about interruptions. I'm talking about the need to set up a lightproof room for a dark period.

I guess it's a matter of personal preference.

I don't keep my girls on any "preset" schedule....I think of my girls like workers in the real world...some days are longer and harder working and then there's some easy going days so I'll run them 24-36 hours straight then I'll give them a 9 hour sleep period....girls seem to like it as well so it really works out

18/6 ran 24hr before but I don’t see enough difference to justify the extra cost. My house is 85f just to keep my bill down. Grow room has its own ac, plants “comfort” matters more than mine.
