And the simple fact is you'll get the exact same jail time for one plant that flowers 16 grams vs a plant that yields 400 grams, so you are simply risking your freedom for about $100 worth of weed vs $3k.

I have a feeling that my 2.5' x 2.5' tent with 400 watts of hps is more stealthy than your cfl grow on the floor next to your shoes and stuff. Also, I pull in over 10 x's what you pulled in, and I'm using only 3 x's the wattage.

Yes, I understand risks are definitely something to take into consideration, but like I said in a previous post the risk you take for one plant that yields 16 grams is the same risk as you take for a plant that yields 16 oz. A plant is a plant in the eyes of the law.
