18 days in flower, a bit small?

hello,
I have been growing my plant, for a total of 43 days, 25 veg, 18 flower. My veg time was a bit short because i didnt have much space and i started with two plats. I have now moved my plats to another location and is a bigger. 18 days into flower and my first grow, you think its a bit small for 18 days?

What kind of lights are you using. I have four plants that have been flowering for 14 days and where vegged for 28 days prior to flowering. I use a 400 watt MH for vegging and 400 HPS for flowering. The shortest of my four plants is 20" now the others are 24" 25", and 26". so your plant looks small to me, but it looks real healthy.

Thats what happens when you only Veg for 25 days. But it's looking good. Just be patient, it will grow more.

just some pic updates, this is day 20 flowering. got my camra to work so dont have to take them off my phone. looking nice but still small. any guesses on how much yeild i'll get off this plant? (sorry if askin the imposable, first grow and all)

I am using a 200W and a 20W CFLs, one plant.

I vegged mine for 3 weeks and I am 18 days into flowering and mine are about 21" tall and looking fine. The only difference was one showed female 2 weeks in and the other is just starting to.

mine started showing sex about 1 week in. my growth is picking up a bit now and i've also added another 200W cfl, so that should help.

They look fine.

I don't veg...mine go straight from my clone machine (when they're about 8" tall) to my 12/12 op. They are about 26" tall and have been under 12/12 for 27 days.

they look awsome, what lights you using? mine isnt no way near looking like that. you think in 5 days time i might have some nice nugs like that?

i have no idea how much bigger my plant will get or how much bud it will throw

Those pictures are about 3 days old but I've been running (2) 400W HPS over an area 5x5. I'll switch out bulbs and ballasts tonight and go to (2) 600w HPS.

Don't worry....they look good. Keep treating them properly and in the last couple of weeks they'll put on some serious bud weight.

Regarding height.....it is not productive to grow a tall plant (if you're growing under lights and not doing a ScROG) because the light doesn't penetrate deeply enough. Better to have a small plant that is all bud than a big one where the bottom 4' is useless.

Noobyness? Is that a word? LOL We're all noobs at one time or another.

Screen Of Green....which is done by putting some sort of wire (or string, or whatever) over the plants and training them to grow horizontally along (and above) the screen by tying them to the screen. Most of the side branches will grow small colas instead of one or two large ones. Most often when you see yields posted on seed bank web pages telling you that you can expect 350g/sq meter (or whatever their number is) they are talking about a scrog.

ohh, thanks for the enlightnment, there is soo much one can know about weed and growing in general. wasnt really into science when at school but think i might take some classes at college or somthing and grow some kickass weed. then again, all one has to do is sit and study this fourm. my girlfirend thinks im obsessed

I say go hydro. It takes a little upfront investment but the results will amaze you. Feel free to PM me if you want a little advice.
