This was a clone from a bagseed plant the mother had large leaves but I never seen a clone grow it's first set of leaves this big has anybody else? Is this normal?

Never tried it myself. Usually, people do the opposite and reduce light in the final days/weeks. There is a reason we keep our veg and bloom rooms separate. You could always give it a shot and see what happens. Let us know how it works out.

Sounds like a good way to make it foxtail, that's where your buds stretch and semi-re-veg, and growers don't like it because it means stress is high and it will hurt in the end product. I just had it happen from heat when my AC went out, got a hermie, everything foxtailed and resin production reduced. If I can make them recover and start making new trichomes I'll do better, but not as well as if the stress didn't happen.
