18/6 For How Long

hi guys

a question on 18/6 how many weeks do you keep your plants on 18/6 for .

i have mine on for two weeks 18/6,then put em on 12/12 & start canna boost to the mix ?

what do you think ,is this to early or is it OK .

If your 2 weeks from seedling I'd wait a bit before starting flower. Have your plants shown any sign of sexing yet? How about some pics?

I'm planning on running 18/6 for 4 weeks, from seed, and not giving any nutes before week 3.

The more you veg, the more bud sites you get, the more potential yield you can score later on.

I don't switch till my plants "trunk" is as thick as my thumb. Gotta have good support if you wanna grow big flowers

People have all sorts of different methods ranging from 12/12 from seed to 5 months of SCRoG/LST veg.

It depends on the plant, grow area, required yield, time frame, etc...

Whatever works for you.

DSCF6680.jpgDSCF6679.jpgDSCF6678.jpga few pics ,got them in last Saturday blue cheese not 100% sure how old they are ,3-4inches ,a mate of mine says keep em on 18/6 for 2 weeks with feed = A+B 25ML cannazine 25ML riza 5ml to 10ltrs water .after 2 weeks put on 12/12 start adding 25ML boost to the mix .

wow del6666 those are some amazing girls. How do u manage to get ur plants to fill out like that? i hope someday to grow as well as that. Im still on the tit in the growing scheme of things. and i do 24/0 for the first three weeks then 18/6 for three weeks then 12/12

cheers mate.......i use coco now intead of soil..............i run a 400 and a 600 dual spec hps in a wooden cab 1mx1.2mx1.4m hi........no secrets ....you will soon find your legs.......drop in on the 12-12 from seed thread if you get time.all are more than welcome......link is below.

only running one light which is 600w with largish umbrella shade type where the bulb points down instead off lying flat ,if you know what i mean ,using a 600w electronic ballast lumatek
