15W 2700K CFL enough for seedling?

Hey guys, been a while and i've read a few threads and searched google and what not.

Will a 15W 2700K (warm white) CFL lamp that outputs 1097 lumen's be enough light for a seedling (it's about half an inch away from it as it does not get very hot).

It's stretching towards it, this seedling has been very stressed and almost got munched at the ground with the other one by a bloody snail/caterpiller. little bastards. It has some damage on the stem so thats why i am saying it has been stressed, but other than that the leaves are a nice shade of light green and i don't see any deficiencies. They have had super thrive, cannazyme and rhizotonic applied which made it significantly pick up and the root shoot through the bottom of the pot. It was falling over initially but about 24-48 hours it has picked up by itself and it is much happier.

It's indoors now, both seedlings were just fine as i would bring them inside every night after a nice day of hot aussie sun which they love then one night i said screw it they'll be fine outdoors and they weren't.

So one out of the two is now inside a speaker which lol looks very funny with a mains cable going into it but i have no requirement for stealth.

Did that make any sense? I know the cool white makes a better lamp for veg so would i be alright with a 42W (not equivalent) CFL thats cool white cause if so i'm going to go buy one when i get paid next week, maybe a more powerful one if i can find it.

Naturally enough i am too paranoid to post photos because of australias widely corrupt police force that'll bust somebody with one seedling instead of busting the hundreds if not thousands of people running 10-20 1000W HPS lamps in a shed. I'll think about it though if any more problems arise, and if that happens "i'll just find some photos on the internet".

you want 6500k for seeding/veg.... 2700k is for flowering.
hahah i know that, I was just wondering (i know hte growth rate will be slower) if it will suffice for a week or two before i buy a proper one?

I'm already seeing some new growth. I do have a cool white one which is 6500K but its in use at the moment and only 10W, with an output of like 700-800 lumens (i know its all about the spectrum of useable light, just i think an extra 5W will do for a few days).

I've got two of these 15W 2700K lamps so i might try and find a way to get them both in the speaker.

Question number two if someone could please answer it, the seedling has had 1/4 to half of the stem bitten off by something, as I mentioned earlier it fell over but is now standing proud, what are the implications (other than retarded growth which ive seen) of this and is there anything else I can do to nurse it along?

I'm talking about the side of it, it never got completely cut through, its just when you look at it side on there is a bite mark missing out of it.

I'm going to buy a 42W or more CFL that is 6500K, maybe two of them. I'll just whack the thing outside for flowering i think as the sun does a much better job than any lamp (well where I am it does) and the grow box is just to get it strong enough as seedlings always get eaten no matter what I have done to stop it.

EDIT 2: I have swapped it with another 15W cfl i had in my house. I am going to buy two 42w's in the future but for now this other 15W CFL is the 6500K spectrum so i should expect better growth of the 'silverbeet'.
