Talkin about the Tube FL's, actually you can get an 18" tube for like 10-15 buck, they do a bit of a larger area than a single 43 watter (in lenght, but you would need a couple to match the wattage or lumens), HD doesn't carry anything over 43 watts i dont think, you would have to get it from a lighting place, check the 1000 lights link they have em and at decent pricing..

well i was a HD today lookin for something else and i past a 68w cfl so they do carry over 43 but i didnt have time to look at their massive wall of light bulbs so i dont know about getting them in 2700 or 6500k and all that.

o and btw would it be better to run the whole cycle with 2700k or 6500k if i had to choose only one?

Do an 18/6 or something and then switch to 12/12 to flower, member, they grow when you flower so make sure to do it before you run outa head space

dude are u sure this bulb needs a ballast... if u read the description it says it uses medium base i thought e26 and medium base were the same thing.....

that is just the base type, the lights run on a different frequency and need an ignition system, trust me, if you wanna double check there is a certified electrician on the site that offers help you can ask him to verify, I'll grab his link for ya

the base is the metal part the the bottom of the light bulb, there are different sizes, there are even self igniting bulbs, but they still need a ballast to run, or everybody would be using them eh!
