Yes. This is not a scam. 150w HPS that used to be $20 is now $11.90. Don't know why one would buy a 42w CFL when you could get a 150w HPS for the same price.
This includes ballast, bulb, socket, and everything. All you need to do is remote the ballast and build a reflector [plenty of DIY's for both]
